What didn't I like about Vagaro (why did you switch)?

Cannot edit or customize the appointment reminders that are sent to customers via text and emails.

The emails can't be input once you delete their old account containing their same email.

Customer service is terrible. The functionality of the site is terrible. Crashes more often than it is worth.

You've never been able to re-print a ticket from the calendar. Gets tedious having to go into the reports. There should be an ability to reprint the ticket quickly. Not the full client history but the service receipt.

It does not track referrals.

Can't put in multiple sizes of products - have to indicate in product name to get multiple sizing.

The difficultly in re- scheduling, clients have difficulty in re-scheduling themselves.

I wish I could adjust the tip line for clients.

I need a purchase order system. All I would love to get, would be a purchase order system, where we can create a list of inventory to order from our low quantity report.

I would like for some clients not be able to book online. These are for the no show clients.

Can’t add other services to existing apptointments. and can't use the same email for multiple people.

Sometimes the appointments don't book as easily as we would like. They also will easily move with an accidental click of a cursor.

I would love more freedom to change service colors and ability to add products to future tickets so I'm better prepared for clients. Also. having to make a new appointment instead of adding another service to an existing appointment is annoying.

All of inventory is difficult, including not being able to add products to tickets that are at 0 quantity available.

We often have people prepay and it takes me so long to have to add one to inventory and then redo their ticket.

It does not let me look back at past employee info once they have been deleted.

I would like the text message reminders to clients to somehow say DONT REPLY HERE CALL YOUR STYLIST.

Checkout is a little long I don’t need the print screen.

Don't care for the appointment color scheme.
The rebooking option now available is still not very useful. I need to see the entire day to book an appointment and not just a couple options.

I would like to be able to run reports on my phone.

I would love to have the option to see multiple calendars rather the just one on the left-hand side of the screen for view upcoming dates.

Unable to text client directly.

I wish the checkout process was more user friendly. It would be great to be able to save a customer's checkout to switch names or add their name without losing the cart and needing to start over. I would also love to be able to automatically add discounts to customer profiles or have pop ups at checkout.

Vagaro needs to create a feature to block unwanted clients and to have the option to choose text confirmations and marketing instead of email. Most clients don't go to their emails because of too many emails or my generation or older who don't wish to be a part of the information technology.

The only thing I would recommend is being able to split credit cards when checking out. If you a have a high ticket, sometimes clients want to pay with multiple cards. This is the only function that is not available.

Maybe Admin is able to edit this, but as an employee, I am unable to edit Clients information. I would like to be able to make minor edits such as name changes or phone number updates for clientele, rather than create another/multiple profiles for them.

I don’t like that every appointment available doesn’t show. I book every 15 mins and its only give options every 30 mins. aka. if I need a 5:45 appointment I have to go to the calendar and book the 5:45.

The only con I have found with this app is that, when using it to schedule chemical hair services with a follow-up service after (ie. color and cut) if you input a gap into the service settings it shows that you are unavailable during the processing time. If you don't, when scheduling multiple appointments for the next appointment it will put the haircut directly after the color which you then have to go in and physical edit. And then when doing that, you have to make sure to deactivate the "notify client" button so that the client doesn't get the edited info or else they get all confused.

I wish the email marketing would show when customers opened or viewed the email.
