What didn't I like about Millennium (why did you switch)?

Most of the trouble with Millennium is the customer service, technical department. When you called for any kind of help, you were put on hold and sent to a waiting que and would remain there, many times being 10th in line. When you finally received help, they had to remotely get into the computer, they hardly ever repaired the problem, they always suggested we get an IT tech to fix the problem. We purchased two new computers, switched our internet provider, and hired an IT tech. Of course nothing we did would allow the software to work properly.

The software always would freeze, and several times through the years of using it, would shut down completely. Always with some other excuse and always left told it was our equipment that needed repair.

After always having the computers freeze, not communicate with each other, we finally decided enough was enough.

How easy was the transition for yourself and the staff:

I can not say enough about the transition and the way you handled our start up. The software is so easy to use, I could not believe it. I was blown away at how efficient and quick the transactions would work, through the cloud, ( as I was afraid of lag time with a cloud software).
You handled all of our concerns and then some for an easy transition.

What do you like most about your new experience with SalonTarget?

The best part of the software for me is that is works!!!!. It is very pleasing to the eye, it works for stylist, because everything is about looks for this industry.

Being the lead at the front desk, it also left me with no worries, that everyone would be able to understand how to make an appointment and see their schedule.

Last, but certainly not least, the customer service is by far Top Notch A++. Whenever I call, I have never had to wait, the help I have received is always very friendly and kind, and always solved my problem with out any hesitation. I was not aware that one problem I had she was already on my computer helping me to solve my issue.
